The Fusion Plan is a new and cutting edge approach to reasonable health coverage at reasonable cost for groups or individuals. This great concept combines a Limited Benefit Plan that is FUSED together with a Catastrophic Medical Health Plan underwritten by Standard Life and Accident Insurance Company.

The plan includes First Dollar Medical Coverage for highly utilized benefits such as Doctor visits and hospital confinement; includes a $10,000 Critical Illness Benefit; and up to $5,000,000 Catastrophic Health Insurance for the unexpected large claims. In addition, the Value Benefits package offers Accident coverage up to $7,500 or $10,000, vision care, dental care, lab and imaging discounts, etc.

In addition, the enrolling group/individual will be able to enroll online or by telephone for the limited benefit plan. Groups will have their own website to see all of their benefits quickly; and groups will be list billed.
